Gotta write this down again before everything gets forgotten lol
Fine, okay I attended EXO's 2nd Concert The Exo'Luxion last Saturday and I should have bought a ticket for the second day /wails.
Honestly, I didn't have plans on watching EXO anymore because ...well three times kokoro break was enough for me to try and distance myself from this group but...I just can't let them go. They're the first KPOP group I've ever officially stan-ed and they have this special spot in my heart where I can't just hate them for all the heart aches. ANYWAY, sat on the VIP seat and it wasn't a bad seating place except for the moments when the boys had to perform in the middle and face the middle so. HELLO SIDE PROFILES.
I wasn't expecting much in this concert honestly speaking, I was perfectly calm until the last minute before the concert started. I couldn't say i totally flipped when they started either but...I just...wasn't that LDSGLSKDJLJKL excited compared to the last concert I went to. I probably still have this pent up feelings and everything in my mind was thinking if what I'm seeing was real or not. When the boys appeared I couldn't even scream...I just...got overwhelmed or..probably star strucked. HEH I think I was also busy trying to count how many were descending from the lift at the beginning. I was secretly hoping for Yixing tbvh but he wasn't able to come huhu /sadface and If it weren't for my cousin yelling " BAKIT BLONDE SI CHANYEOL" (and for someone being called a giant) I even failed to notice him. I'd probably notice him when walked to the extended stage. (please not I wasn't even looking at the Screen above our seats so i missed that actually) I just had my eyes glued on the stage and searching for Minseok.
I can't even remember the sequence of the songs anymore because apparently I have this weird concert sickness where my mind probably blanks out at some performance because I was trying to take in everything all at once or something LSJLKDJGKLS worthy happened that I wasnt able to move on immediately because it happened so fast. This is why I bring my camera to take photos and gather evidences that I did see this and that performance but i don't what happened and I still can't remember them. LOL SIGH
Anyway, so many things happened on the first day. Apparently, Philippines is the fountain of CHANBAEK. Chanbaek proposed at KRep last 2013 then Chanbaek hugged at Exo'Luxion Manila (courtesy of and BLESS THIS BOY OH SEHUN for making this all happen), Chan hugged Baek the way I envisioned he did in ficsand this isn't a good sign at all. it looked gentle and sweet and funny IDK. HUHU BTW Did I mention I was just taking a video of Chanbaek and didn't scream until the whole ordeal was over. THIS IS LIKE ONE OF THE BLUNDER MOMENTS. I have delayed reactions like photo/video first then react when everything is over. LMFAO I wasn't even like this back in TRB. I don't know what happened but yeah...Kaisoo happened too but Kai was too far from my side so I wasn't able to see much and SuChen happened alongside Kaisoo so yeah boo hoo.PLUS I WAS OVERWHELMED BY MINSEOKS MERE EXISTENCE to the point most of my photos ended up with his face (he looks the same as the photos and lol Luhan I understand your fetish over Minseok now) and Kyungsoo and....surprise surprise PARK CHANYEOL.
Park Chanyeol looked so good.... OMG... like this guy is too handsome that it hurts and it feels like what I'm seeing wasn't real.. Am I even making sense? PLUS THOSE ARMS ....HALLELUIAH. Baekhyun was just like a cute pup and he was LSKDJGKD adorbs. Did I mention he runs in the most adorable way i could even imagine? I kept throwing hearts at Kyungsoo too. (THIS IS SO EMBARRASSING BUT I DID IT EVERYTIME HE PASSED BY) He was too squishy for my life and he was always smiling huhu I can't remember much of Jongdae except for his amazing side profile and voice, awkward body rolls and UGH ARMS he was all smiley and dorky too (does this consider as "can't remember much"), Jongin was a cutie and tried to dance to all the songs even if he was just sitting on the chair and he doesn't even look dark skinned. HE LOOKS PALER THAN ME OKAY. :< Yixing wasn't able to catch up because his flight got delayed due to unforeseen weather conditions in China huhu and here I was hoping to see the remaining EXO M all together. Minseok....Xiumin I couldn't even explain how happy I was to see him here because I was feeling disheartened when I heard he got injured and it might affect his schedules ;( but oppa didn't fail me huhu. He looks so cute and I can understand now why Luhan couldn't take his eyes...or hand for that matter on Minseok. He was just LKDJLGKJS. HE DOESNT LOOK LIKE 25. HOW?! Luhan is channeling himself via me. LOL SEHUN...OH SEHUN.i definitely have a memory of him not just because he pulled ChanBaek together but he left an impact on me on Sing For You when everybody held up the "WE PROMISE YOU FOREVER" Banner. He still looked like a fragile baby. He was tearing up while reading the banner and he just kept staring at it. I just want to hug this big baby. ,Junmyeon was plain hilarious i can't even....and I also have a definite memory of him and that made me realize he cares so much about the fans. The way he looked around when the banners were lifted up during SFY was something I probably won't forget. He looked like he wanted to take everything in. He looked like he wanted to remember and burn everything he was seeing that mind in his head. I was just idk..moved by that. Yappari, Exo's leader.
Performer wise...they were awesome. They were cute, cool dorky and I literally turned up during DROP THAT. It was probably the most memorable part of the concert. Concert translator wise....I FACEPALMED. They could have found a better translator because she had a hard time translating the boys and even her english was off and taglish-ed when it was too complicated and honestly, some parts were really off. VCR was Tagalog too and it was hilarious and a bit offending ....like DUDE we can read in english so changing the subtitle to english was alright you know. Fireworks were gorgeous but i feared for the boys and the fans that they might get hurt ...BYUN BAEKHYUNS GRAND PIANO AT MY ANSWER IS YOU WAS A FRAUD ;< I'm really really disappointed. it was an organ shoved in a probably assembled grand piano shelf...they didn't even have a pedal and Baek's foot was literally searching for one when he was playing. I'm disappointed. I was hoping to see Baek perform properly on a rightful keys. They didn't give justice on that HUHUHU
There were songs I forgot...like Let out the Beast. (THIS IS SO EMBARRASSING) I completely blanked out and kept thinking of the title until i heard the chorus where they literally sang "nanana na na...Let out the beast" LMFAO JAJAAAN~ BLUNDER #2. I held back tears too!....huhu I really felt like crying during Miracles in December, Christmas Day, Lucky, The Star and Growl especially when you know what part Luhan sings and you see somebody else is covering for the lines he left. The hurt it still there but it's getting better day by day. I just...you know.. SIGH. I was singing in Lucky, Baby Baby, Overdose, 365 and Call me Baby in Chinese (unfortunately) huhu Chinaline you should be proud of me. AND THIS CALLS FOR CONCERT BLUNDER #3. During Sehun's E-X- O Listen (Call me baby perf) fans were suppose to yell " We are EXO"......but then there's me yelling "We are....BABY!!" and my cousin literally lol-ed beside me. Yey me for being out of it.
I won't leave Chanyeols "Mahal Kita" out and Sehun finally getting it right too. AND THEY REMEMBERED HAWAK KAMAY even if they said they couldn't remember the lyrics that much. Sighs these dorks. Baek did say it was because of him that the Manila Tour happened. He didn't forget Philippines. GET OUT YOU GREASY CHEESE BALL ;____; jk AND OF COURSE THE MOST INFURIATING THING lol "AY BANNER BANNER BAWAL TO" from Kuya Guard and my BTS and Seokjin poster got held up outside before entering the concert arena lol huhu Kuya they ain't from the group performing nor am I gonna show that to them inside.please....but I got them back after the concert.
After the concert, it ended up to wishing we could attend the second day because apparently the second day was a lot more fun. The boys were much livelier and even joked around (What do you call a moving boat? A BANANA BOAT by Kim Junmyeon and Chanyeol went to study in the Philippines and saw Pagsanjan falls in Laguna), Minseok was too amazed by the fans dancing AND fanchanting-singing along with EXO during Growl and Love me right thus the birth of PHIXO (Philippine EXO) it sounds so jeje but Byun why are you so dorky...They even danced along with the flash mob of fans huhu. So cute. The second day ended up with promises (yetagain) that they'll make sure to come back here because they experienced a concert they never had experienced ever before and I feel sort of proud because SENPAI NOTICE US, YOU GUYS. I just hope they kept their promise of coming back here because I'm gonna end up breaking my promise of not seeing them anymore.
HOW COULD I NOT SEE THEM AGAIN ....when they were this cute irl huhu I'm probably gonna end up going on both days if it comes to this point ;(
Exo may not be my bias group anymore.....but they would still hold a special place in my heart despite all the heartaches. They can't be ignored when they're still this...adorable. :( They're like babies I've watched grow up so It's not that easy to let them go. :( Thank you for an awesome night boys. .
